Summary
The City of Vancouver Children, Youth and Families Advisory Committee made a submission for the 2018 Budget Process to the Provincial Government’s Select Standing Committee for Finance and Government Services. Included in our letter are recommendations related to public education, mental health, healthcare, housing affordability, youth in care, and poverty reduction. Unfortunately, due to a technical glitch, our submission was not included in the final Committee Report. Fortunately, many other individuals and organizations brought up similar points.
